In particular, there have been reports of fraudulent messages sent through Booking.com’s messaging system and messaging apps such as WhatsApp, directing guests to unauthorized links.
Please note that our hotel will never ask you, via email, Booking.com messages, WhatsApp, or any other online communication methods, to enter or re-register the following information:
・Credit card information
・Passwords
・Re-registration of personal information
If you receive any suspicious email or message, please do not access any links contained in the message, and delete it immediately.
We also recommend carefully checking the sender’s email address, URL, and account name, and exercising caution if anything appears suspicious.
